They are probably all shrinky and stuff.

It reminds me of the time i shoveled snow in leather gloves and the shrunk into the shape my hands were in when i was holding he shovel.

well i hope to be able to save them, dont have more leathers, still can get new ones tho, but i learn with this one plus wanna leave this for learning and practicing, and have another for competing...

put those back on and skate through your local car wash and get it waxed on the way out...

but seriously..

if the lining is fine, i think you can scrub that #### off..
use a damp cloth to get the mold off ( i hope thats mold)
then get some leather oil/cream cleaner and work that leather new
then mositurise it back with some mink oil or leather restoration cream
i think most car shops should have the stuff you need
