    Default How can you tell that you need to change wheels?

    How do you know when your wheels are worn out and you need new ones??

    When they don't work up to your standards(i.e. flat-spotted, coned, chunked....)
    Or you just want new ones.

    when they are worn down to the point where they dont grip enough (DH)

    when they have less thane than this... (freeride)

    i thought that coned wheels was good for DH because it gripped. correct me if im wrong please, its more of a question in a sentence form,

    They grip less when coned but slide smoother. For some reason coned wheels seem to grip better in the rain though.

    actually most wheels grip more when coned. hence why some slalom wheels come preconed

    Depends what kind of riding youre doing. I changed mine recently because they got ugly, another pair was because of flat spots.

    Its up to you.
    Size does matter, 46" of wood right here!
