I'd recommend either a Gravity, or an earthwing. Both solid, well constructed boards that are good to learn on, but would allow you to try new things as you progress.
Earthwing Belly Racer- Bear 1040's- Gravity Blazers, 70mm 74a
Earthwing Hightailer- Randal RII's, Cult Classic 70mm 80a's
    Rayne Demonseed- Caliber 44's, Sector 9 77mm 78a Raceforms(downhill) Abec 11 Flashbacks in 78a (freeride)
    Roggs Fullsize Custom Dancer- Paris 180's- O-tang 80a 4Presidents.
