Instead of always telling people to search... just help them out. I just got a set of the orangatang stimulis wheels. They are 70mm wheels but if you want a larger 75mm go with the Durians.... or a smaller 65mm go with fat free.

The wheels are an 83a duro so they arent the softest wheels but they still grip pretty nice...

Orangatang pre grinds down the wheels so they slide great right outta the box... give em a try i love mine

If you want cheaper wheels, yet soft, check out S9 Race formulas. there various sizes with different shape. the 70mm will be round-lip which is fine for sliding as well as cruising.

Orangatang Stims and Fats are the best soft sliding/drifting wheels out there.

For fast tech sliding on super smooth pavement the extra hard Earthwing Slide A's are like ice.

I found my spitfire wheels to slide very well. They slide just as good or better than Slide A's. I kinda regret buying the slide A's...

Do you use spacers in your slide a's with the axle nuts cranked down?

If not, do that. Slide a's slide a good bit better than spitfires but where they really shine is their durability. I could go through a set of spitfires in a session or two easy but slide a's last me at least a few months.

yup. Milehigh bearings and spacers. Cranked. I might take the spacers out though because I like being able to roll smoothly without suddenly stopping all the time

If you take the spacers out you can wind up pinching the inner races which will cause resistance.

That makes no sense at all. Spacers doesn't make your wheels "suddenly stop all the time", quite the opposite actually.

    Slide As or Fat Frees.

EDIT: When broken in, the Earthwing Freerider wheels slide pretty nicely as well.
