Flex Reduction Advice?

Ok here's the thing,i have a board that was given to me by a board builder
and it's right in every way shape size etc,except the thing is too flexy for my
weight (190lbs). Other than shortening the wheelbase which i'm not keen on
as it's a cutaway and i'm running Bigzigs and don't want wheelbite,is there
a way of reducing the flex maybe with carbon or fibreglass?

Yes you can add glass or carbon to stiffen the deck. You could also put a stringer on it. Whichever is easiest for you.

I've heard that paris trucks reduce the wheelbase and make boards stiffer.
