Great site everybody
Anyways, been skating for awhile now and decided to pick up one of those sector 9 Joel Tudor mini series long boards (yea yea, I know)
I've had the damn thing for 2 weeks now and getting very frustrated with this problem.
So after the first hour or so I'm riding this thing I notice my front trucks are not straight. My front left wheel is not parallel with my front right wheel. The left wheel is higher (not higher off the ground, but more towards the front of the board than the right one). So every time I push, the board veers strongly to the right. So, I loosen up the kingpin, use two levels, and straighten it. After about 5 minutes of skating it goes back to the way it was, no matter how much I tighten or loosen my trucks.
The bolt on the kingpin sticks out much further on the front truck than the back truck and they feel like they are tightened equally.
Anyone have any advice?
Is it my trucks? Is it my bushings? If it is my bushings, anyone know what kind of bushings to get? The trucks are 149mm Indys, and Doh Doh bushings are too big, you can't get both bushings on and put the kingpin on.
Thanks in advance everyone.
