I would go with their 200mm trucks instead since you'll mainly be using it on flats. 250mm is a little overkill for me, but thats just my preference.

I've never been on their 150's but I'm pretty sure it would be good for pumping on the flats. I have their 200mm and you can pump them forever, but thats all I use them for. And thats why i dont really care for Originals that much, because you can only really carve, pump, and cruise on them. But if thats all you plan on doing on this board, you wont have a problem with their 150mm or 200mm trucks.

For the flex, it mainly depends on which flex you get for the apex 37. Since you are getting the middleweight, it has good flex but the dervish still has a bit more. For your setup, I would recommend getting the S8 200mm trucks. It will give you a bit more versatility than the S10's. I would recommend getting BigZigs for wheels but it is up to you.
