is the nemisis worth $250nz more than the switch

ok i know there's heaps of these threads but i need to know how good the switch is compared to the nemisis because the nemisis will be around $500nz to import compared to $235nz for the switch. thanks

Go with the Switch. I have a Nemesis and love it but the Switch is a great board too. Landyachtz makes some quality boards. I don't think the Nemmy is worth double the price of the Switch.

Where ever you're considering the Nemmy Vs Switch from should be shot in the foot. There is no way the Nemmy is worth 250 more than the Switch. They are both rad decks that have their little quirks to it. If you have wider feet, the Nemmy has a rad witdh to accomodate for the larger hoofs with a much more subtle concave. The Switch is a bit narrower, but has a much gnar-er concave, so it's really up to you what you like and want.

Its not, but they are different enough to consider buying one over the other (for some). For me, I don't like the Nemy, its a tiny bit too small and I don't like how it handles at all. I just got a switch and I can't judge my own right now but I have rode my friends extensively and it handles the best of all my boards when sliding (but when drifting my Evo owns).

no setup just the deck shipping to new zealand is $200 american + $180 american for the deck + new zealands 20% tax etc. the switch i can buy here for $235 new zealand

Have a look on Hopkin Racing, the Nemesis is AU$255 incl shipping in NZ witch is far of NZ$500. They don't have any in stock at the moment, but I'm sure they can have one pretty quick if you get in contact with them...
I haven't tried the Switch and only tried the Nemesis on a flat street, so I can't tell you witch one is the best. I think they are both good boards, and I would go for the Nemesis as I prefer the Rayne Decks (better finish on my opinion), and i liked the wide foot space you get on It.

Tub Concave really wide flat, with brief, yet tall rails. and you $200 for shipping? that seems excessive to me. shipping USPS Global, it would have to weight 34 pounds to cost $200

so a longboard would be good as long as you package it right. rolled like a burrito, and it will fit. still, its pricy. it just shouldn't be $200. whoever is going to charge you that is full of it.
