i longboard, but i want to start shortboarding

i longboard pretty well and i skated with some of my friends at a skate park and i learned to drop in and ollie. i want to start shortboarding as well.
any suggestions on first setups?
(deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, etc..)

for a cheaper setup i recomend:
minilogo board
thunder trucks
rictas
reds

Go to your local shop and get a house blank, Thuders, Indy's, or Ventures, and Bones wheels. STF, ATF, or SPF, depending on what you wanna do.

learn how to and pump transition and kickturning. then both of them together. Way more important than ollies and dropping in. learn how to roll before you take to the air.

also, why not kill two birds with one stone and have your shortboard be a slide deck also. just a wheel change.
