Default What are /Where can I get good pucks?

Any suggestions for good pucks for gloves? It could be a company that produces them or a place that gives out good samples etc. (I tried my local Home Depot, couldn't get a decent sized Corian *sp* puck). Thanks.

You might be able to ask a home depot employee (in that department) when they think they'll get the larger samples back in. And by the way even the (i think) 2 inch samples work really well if you just put two together on the palm.

I use Mudslide Blacktops. They're fast, quiet, and fairly light which are qualities corian doesn't have.

So if their Dads gave them UHMW, that would make them resourceful?

Not all UHMWPE is equal. When you buy a pre-made set of pucks, you're not just paying for the material. You are paying for the time spent testing it against other materials as well as the fact that it's cut and beveled, ready to go.

If you want something really quick go buy some cutting boards and the velcro with the adhesive stuff on one side. Then get some gloves, any kind works, and put the velcro on the glove and then the "puck". You can also just use hot glue to attach them if you don't have access to the velcro.

Sundae Skates rocks - order your pucks today and you'll have them by Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you can't hit bottom, wear the sides out.
