Default ZigZags 66mm 80a Wheel best wheel under 70mm?

Hi! I am looking at wheels for my X-mas list, and after getting some info on the wheel forum, I was wondering if this is my best option for a speedy and grippy wheel. Would it be better than my standard sector 9 wheels that came with my board? (60 something mm I think, not concave, pretty grippy though.)

HERE ARE THE WHEELS I AM LOOKING AT:

Abec11 Retro ZigZags Longboard Wheels Lime 66mm 80a SET OF 4

If you think there's a better wheel than these give me your opinion. Wheel must be under $75 and less than 70mm.

Thanks Looking for as many opinions as possible, because I'll probably have these wheels for a really long time.

Ahh also, are Bones Super Reds any better than Bones Reds?

If you want a fast and grippy sub 70mm wheel, 66mm Lime Zigs is pretty much the best you can get.

can't go wrong with those. those came with my Ladera Purple Heart and I love the way they grip and feel. We slapped them on my brother's new Never Summer and I just gave them to him because he loved them so much. Not a fan of clear urethane, IME.

More fun as in slides easier? with the new formula or old? I'm in the market to replace the wheels on the Ladera.

    these:

    Mile High Skates

cheap, & double seals. half the price of others.

also these might be more fun than 80a. 80a grips very well, but 83a grips and slips both well.

Concave? Not sure what you mean by that, and yes lime zigs are great wheels.

About the bearings: it really doesn't make enough of a difference to justify the cost of an expensive bearing. Bones Reds are great, and there is no need to buy expensive bearings.

Zigs are seriouly good wheels and should be considered.

Other good wheels in the mid 60's size range

    Earthwing Road Rage 66mm

    Gravity Burner 66mm

    Orangatang Fat Free 65mm

    3DM Avalon 68mm

edit: square lipped wheels will have more grip, round lipped wheels will have more slip.all else being equal. (it never is)

Think he means he wants a square lipped wheel, not rounded/radiused edge.

Exactly. I have a rounded wheel but want to change to a lipped. I think I'm gonna go with the limezigzags, unless there are any who wish to further comment?

Also, What are some reliable stores and discount codes? I know MHS and DaddiesBoardshop are, but if there are discount codes, I'd love to hear em

66mm Hot Spots might be a good choice for max grip, though I havent tried the Black Ops thane in the smaller diameter.

The lips on the Spots may be more fragile than Zigs...

Order from MHS if you can, because you will probably get some free bearings that are just as good if not better than Reds. Other good online stores are Daddies Board Shop, and The Longboard Store. Both of which I have never had any problems with.

Lemon Zigs will be more fun. Still very plush, but will have a more comfortable slide and better roll speed.

After riding Lime BigZigs for a while and switching to 70mm Lemon Zigs, I like both the smaller size and harder duro better for bombing, sliding and ****ing sh!t up.

BTW buy from MileHigh or longboardskater.com

Ahhh MHS doesn't sell the wheels~ what luck.
I don't really want to get Bones Reds if I don't have to, I want something with x2 shields, are these better/as good as reds and better than greaseball's?: Daddies Board Shop ABEC 7 Skateboard Bearings

They look really cheap, that's why I'm asking xD

Edit: @those telling me to get Lemons- I'll check em out, but I think I'll probably still stick with limes because there are TONS of sharp turns where I live and I'll need all the help I can get xDD But yeah hold on I'll check to see what duro my wheels are currently.

    Edit2: I have these currently: http://www.skatesonhaight.com/Sector...761bsw-grn.htm

For cruising around and going to town every day, but sometimes going to hills, are the lemons or limes the best choice? x_X
