Facebook group petition

Hey Everybody,

I made a deal with my phys ed teacher at school that if I get 500 people to be in my petition, he would let me skate the gymnasium.
Anyway, It would be great if you guys (if you have a Facebook account) join the group. It is called "PETITION TO LET JONAH PRUSSKY SKATE THE BESSBOROUGH GYM... NEED 500 MEMBERS". So join my group so I can experience the thrill of skating a smooth surface with the rest of my friends. I'll put the link to the group at the bottom of this post.

Oh, for sure. Once the teacher and I pick a good day for it (preferably when the principal isnt there) I will definentally have pics and videos up.

It's really cool talking to everyone and looking at the setups, purchases, fails and flaming...and it'd be kinda lame if you just totally bailed after people joined lol.

I'm in! If you can get him to let you skate in the gym, you should organize rounds of longboard hockey. The group of guys I skate with rent out one of those roller derby arena's and play longboard hockey every couple weeks. Definately fun.

I skated around my school gym when I went back to pick up my dad one day (teacher). Its a huge gym, 2 full basketball courts put together lengthwise with some extra space around the edges. I've never had so much fun pumping around....the floor is this rubbery and gripped my wheels so well. I was able to throw soo much weight into the pumps and having hundreds of feet of perfectly flat acceleration zone was awesome.

That sounds AMAZING!! Thats exactly the thrill and experience I'm looking for. Once my petition hits 500, I'm going to show the phys ed teacher this post just to support the deal we had.
