That's my main DH set up. Mine is the 08, with the old smokies, and I run 70mm wheels, and even on soft bushings and loose trucks for carving around on I get no wheelbite. I don't use any riser at all.
I think the new smokies, if that's what you are referring to, are slightly higher, so you should be fine.
in heats might cut it close, it'll depend on your bushings/how fast your going. You might get static bite or even bite on a hard low speed carve but at speed be totally fine

I think most run with 70mm wheels on a top mount. I know it's only 2.5mm difference in height but I think you'll prefer it with them.
If you want 70mm In heat shape go with zigzags rather than 4 pres.

Static bite is when you're not moving. Just because a board gets wheel bite while not moving, does not necessarily mean it will bite while moving. It's a lot easier to get static bite as you have a lot more lean when stationary.
I used to use 70mm wheels on 07 Smokies and an 08 Avenger...no bite.
