Right ink for designing my own graphic on my longboard

I've been searching for 2 days or so and have not yet found any reasonable answer for my question. So please if you guys can help me, that would be very appreciated.

I currently have Landyachtz drop speed and I want to add some of my own extra drawings on the bottom of the deck (where the owl is). Though, I don't know which kind of ink utensil to use. Which is the best ink utensil for drawing graphics on my deck? The price doesn't matter to me as long as it's worth it. Plus, do I have to do something to my deck before I start drawing ( like spray(?)? or is it okay if I just start drawing right away?

that might be some of the info you were looking for. I searched rodgon graphics since i knew he had made a post sometime that had showed how to do it but i couldn't find it. If you've still got questions just private message rodgon and he'll probably have an answer for you
