Thanks! I'll check it out now.

EDIT: Just checked out all those sites, UGH so many decisions...
What bushings would you guys recommend with Indy 169's and 66mm zigs 89a?
(bushings set 1 and bushings set 2 are just 2 sets right?)

And what risers would you guys recommend out of these 3?
    1/8" hard
    1/2" hard

    WOW
$250... Should I get Khiro bushing kit, and a skate tool? Oh and normal grip vs super grippy vs vicious, which one?

EDIT: Without the kit, skate tool, and bushings, since I haven't decided on which ones yet, it's $163... not bad

    EDIT2: 66mm zigs vs 66mm road rages?

    wait... so its now

    deck
    indys
    89a zigs?!?

    lets try this

    Earthwing Supercharger '09
    Independent 169
    Superball 66mm Road Rages 83a
    http://shop.sundaeskates.com/product_p/vskab7.htm
    Standard Grip Tape

that should do it. 89a zigs are way to hard... they just wont be fun on the flat. and if you had your heart set on EW wheels, than the Road Rages are a good medium ground. 83a for speed and slip, but i an shape for grip.

then buy the bolts, nuts at your local hardware store. you'll most likly need 1" pan head 10/32 bolts, and a box of 10/32 locknuts. a box of 100 locknuts will cost you $4, and a bag of 25 bolts $3

and your not going to want 93a elims. i have some on my Mystery Model, and its very stiff under even my 280 pounds try some reflex barrel bushings in 86a and bellow. i like 83a barrels in my chopped 105mm bennetts. i hate giving bushing advice because it is so much just the rider that needs to choose. eventually you'll find what you need.

Whoops, typo on the 83a. Probably not going for a supercharger though, me being 5'8 and 120 lb, added to the difficulty pumping.
Perhaps 83a barrel bushings? What are the differences between elims, cone bushings, barrel bushings, etc?

How about 66mm road rages vs zig zags?

    listen to flannelman
the wheels are both quality and you won't notice a difference between them for a long time. which one's prettier?

EDIT: My point being that you now have enough advice to set up supergliders for all the children in Africa. Just buy a setup already.

Hehe, yeah I sound pretty worried don't I

I just hate the feeling when I buy something then start wondering if it was the right setup and stuff, especially when it's my first board.

    Alright I'll stop worrying...

Thanks again for all your help.

Flannelmans setup is good, you're looking for a superglider though right?
Just replace his deck with the superglider and you're golden

Just a heads up on your bushings- most longboard company bushings* are made to fit Randal style trucks. Randals take a slightly taller bottom bushing and a much taller top than Indys; so you're likely to have some trouble getting those reflex barrels to fit unless you swap kingpins.

I recommend a soft Venom eliminator on the bottom and a cone up top for squish without wheelbite. I like the orange elims with purple cone tops. Your mileage may vary.

I feel like you owe it to yourself to try a set of Bones Hardcores. I think they're magic in Indys. You can get them cheap at your local shop too.

Uh oh, when sundae skates asked for two sets of bushings, was it asking for the top and the bottom? Cause I only got set 1 bushings...

EDIT: Are set 1 bushings the top ones and set 2 the bottom ones or what?!?!?!

EDIT 2: So wells, maybe a 78a elim and a 83a reflex cone? Cause sundae skates doesn't give venom cones as an option, just the carve pack and the super carve pack.
