Almost any board is good for those things...

But I'd suggest Soda Factory/Clutch. The Double Tap is probably going to be released within the next week or two (I hope). With some 42* Randals or Indy/Core hybrids and some nice smooth sliding wheels like Venom Sidewinders or Abec 11 Strikers in 77mm/81a, it'll be a low slung, agile, drifty beast. If you don't wanna wait, the Knuckleduster would also be great.

The Rayne Hustler is also a great board for those things. The flex will help you dig out nice carves, and grip your feet really nicely for stand up slides. I've taught a lot of people how to do stand up slides on my old hustler. If your looking for a stiff board, check out the Comet FSM or Fullbag SpeedStyler. The Earthwing Supermodel is super sick and affordable too if you can manage to get your hands on one.

I despise boards with rocker and just to let everyone know I weigh around 220 and to narrow it down I'm looking for a board around 39" but daddies sells the super model and I live in Nokomis FL, there will be no bombing on these endless flat roads

What about rocker don't you like? The 9Two5 only has 1/2"... It's barely noticeable.

even just the 1" on the fsm seems very unnoticeable to me. I can feel my feet feeling very secure and locked in while sliding, but it's more of the concave doing that work. so we can help u more, is there a particular company or type of deck you are interested in so we can narrow things down

Double Tap... Super low for pushing on those endless flat roads, super drifty if setup right, for sliding at those gnarly pushing speeds, etc.

Or if you don't wanna wait, Rayne Nemesis. 39", low, drifty, very lightweight, etc.

He said he doesn't like rocker, so the FSM and 9Two5 are out of the running.

    Any symmetrical board really.

Dervish-Its awesome for carving and I've held my own at standies at like 20-30.
BC Eel/Moray-Supposedly a little stiffer then a dervish and more concave which is good. It also has built in nose guards.
EW Supermodel, imo not that fun for carving cause its stiff, but beast for sliding.
    Sayshun Polar-No experience.
Double Tap-Soda Factory makes legit boards.
Landy Switch- Real low and the drop bars are awesome to put your feet in.

Just try and make your way to a local shop and demo some boards.

Just because it has not been mentioned, there is a board made in Oregon by Eastside called the Rocky Bomber. It is 37"L X 10"W X 30"WB. It is symmetrical & 8-ply but they say it is stiff for someone up to 220lbs.

I can attest to the Sayshun Polar. It is a stiff board with a great radial concave. It has a very, very mild flex under my friends 240lbs. Sayshun makes a shorter version which would suit your needs well. LongboardSkater.com: Sayshun Compass - 38.5"

The Drop Carve is pretty fun, but it could use more concave.

The Timeline is a fun little ripper, but I'd get something longer or with more footspace.
