Original Skateboard Conflict

This is for all you Original junkies out there. I'm either getting a new apex 34 or 37. I LOVE sliding! Which one is easier to slide with granted they both have S8's and Otang Stimulus (86a)? Please no flaming if you prefer other boards. The fact is I'm getting an Original.

apex 37... slides well actually really well. my brother has it and event though the concave is quite small (close to none), he has been loving it

original sucks, get an Earthwing.
no i dont prefer loaded, i prefer awsome companies like Rayne, Landyacthz, Earthwing, Comet..

You are getting the most leany,carviest trucks out there ( they still suck),
i supose you like carving, cause these trucks cant hold a long slide, only quick(and gay) 180 slides. and you get the most slippery wheel out there for a carving ONLY complete.

86a stims are definitely not the most slippery wheel.

OP, if your looking for something to slide with, i would look else where. i enjoyed sliding alot more once i got randal 180's for my apex. i liked sliding even more when i got a clutch lambchop

they are indeed slippery, and its put on a freaking CARVING BOARD.
its like putting centrax on your freeride setup
original doesnt even compares with loaded, i dont like loaded very much but it wins in EVERY ASPECT against original.

And on the contrary, he's not getting the most slippery wheel out there, otangs are superb wheels.

ANYWAY, @OP, it really depends on what specific riding you wanna do. Are you going purely for sliding or a good all around board that you want to be able to slide easier on?

ANYWAY, @OP, it really depends on what specific riding you wanna do. Are you going purely for sliding or a good all around board that you want to be able to slide easier on?

808, do you realize that you just CANT carve as hard as the original trucks are meant for with yellow stimulus, so getting these wheels with those trucks its the stupid combination ever.

otangs indeed are superb wheels, but yellow thane on freeride shape its slippery, im sorry to shatter your dreams of railing corners at 60mph on originals and yellow stims.
