On a side note, I'm redoing the paint on my scimi. I put down a gray base coat and I have some red left over for some patterns. Any ideas? Sorry if this is redundant >.>

sounds good. pretty standard everything, good overall board. now you can slowly adjust the parts and settings until you decide what style you would prefer to ride

Re: Kracked Skulls
That's exactly what my plan is, once I put my custom deck tape on it, and get the underneath looking slick. I'm gonna ride it and figure out what I like and don't like, and tweak it until it is perfect for me. Can't wait for my baby! I'll make sure to give my own little short review of it once I've got it and ridden it a lil

Re: Kracked Skulls
Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a Scimitar with Flashbacks as my first board. However, I've heard different recommendations for length. I'm 6'4" about 185. I'm looking for a good all-around board that I can use for cruising around town/commuting, hitting some decent hills and learning what type of riding I really like. What length should I get? And will the flex be appropriate for my weight and what I want to do?

I would go with the 40 or 42. I have heard that those are very multipurpose sizes.
I have the 46 inch M1 and it's great, but sometimes it just feels too big.
But they are all great beginner boards.

Thanks for the advice... I'm kind of a big kid (6'4"), do you think I need to worry about being cramped on a 42?

Re: Kracked Skulls
If you can wait like 2 days my board should be in on Saturday and I'm 6'0" 170lbs with a 42in Scimi, I could totally fill you in, but I don't know if you wanna wait that long.
