thanks man. what I did was lay down a base coat of white then I put three stripes of lime green paint, let that dry. then you are going to drizzle dish soap or shampoo over the board, thats what makes the pattern. then you spray paint the board the main color you want (in my case black.) you lay down the final coat with the shampoo on the board. wait for your final coat to dry then wipe off the soap the pattern will show up. then you can clear coat if you want to.

Re: Kracked Skulls
Hey guys. To those that own KS boards whats the rideable length of the center section? I mean like on a 42" (or any lenght) how much foot space before it narrows down?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

Re: Kracked Skulls
How wide is the Scimitar? And should I get the 40'' or 42''? I'm 5'6 and 120lbs.

Mines about 10" wide (the scimitar.) For you I would go with the 42" I'm 5' 2" and my 42" is fine so for you a 42" would be perfect.

That's a question for William I honestly do not know. Also about the PennState code the "5%-15% off is not true at all ALL of the codes no matter what anyone says are 5% off.

Re: Kracked Skulls
(Remember, everyone, just because someone is sponsored doesn't make them experts about the boards they ride . Also, I'm not sponsored =P.)
The stock KS decks are about 10" wide, but I emailed William and he said he could do custom widths at no extra charge (max of 10").
As for truck compatibility, I know for sure that Randals and Parises fit, so by extension, Gullwings and Tracker Fasttracks will definitely fit. Not sure about others, but the way the dropthrough hole is designed, it definitely seems like most Randal-style trucks will work.
Someone on another thread mentioned using Indy hybrids on their KS - it fits the dropthrough hole, but it's really, really low due the extra wood riser. This would be a good thing, except that you'll definitely get hanger-bite and/or railbite when carving hard.
Of course, you can always topmount them. I ran Tracker 219s for a little while - felt pretty good, but you'll lose a lot of leverage on the nose. I soon switched back to Randals to regain the ability to do tricks.

I just realized that it's stupid to not get the RII's that come with (at least for me, this being my first board), they work out to be about 34 bucks, ~11 dollars less than retail! Now I'm just waiting far Mhs to get some flashbacks or similar sideset wheels in stock, so I don't have to buy bearings!
