    Default Very Quick Truck Question

I've often seen mentioned the combination of a Bennett Vector 5.0 truck (front) and Tracker RT-S truck (rear) as a good setup for LDPs.

The Vector has a 5 in hanger whereas the Tracker has a 4.2 in hanger (106mm). Is this size difference a problem or am I missing something (i.e. are people really refering to Bennett Vector 4.3s for this setup).

    Thanks

P.S. is it uncommon for these trucks to be sold in skate stores, I've checked 2 so far and neither had either

The size difference isn't a problem. Some LDPs even have a smaller rear slalom truck. The idea is to have a more neutral rear truck for traction. I think that the quicker smaller truck in the rear is nice to have as it tends to follow a smaller track anyway if your leading with the front truck as being the main pumper. I run an Original S8 in front with a 106mm slalom in the rear, which looks ridiculous but works great.

    no no no
if anything, in slalom, people run a smaller front truck.

rts comes in multiple sizes, i believe its the 139 that matches a 5.0 closest.

and yeah, they're not common to find in skate shops.

Does anyone know of a good website that sells these trucks, preferably based near CA?

    Haha last question I promise.

Edit: Found one, didn't realize RT-S stood for Racetrack-S haha, I thought for a while that not websites sold it

    Thanks for all the help
