tucking...?Colemanslide...?

Which do you guys think the best tuck is? Brazilian, English, American?

I've been trying to get my coleman slide down for DHing but i need some tips.

i havnt seen english, not sure if 'normal' is American, and i think brazilian is just a mongo tuck...

American is pretty much just your hands behind your back in a bow, english is when you're kneeling almost all the way down so that your knee is on the back of your lower lag, and the brazilian tuck is just kneeling and I'm pretty sure it's called that.

no American your pretty much right, its EUROPEAN stupid and thas when your knee is on your other ankle and you chest is against your leg anf the Brazzilian tuck is when your knee is on the board and your chest is on your leg. bestest friend
