Help me find trucks. Randal, Seismic, Paris, or Others.
i have $60 to spend, so which are the best for sliding, cruising (like 15-30 mph cruising), and downhill?
Thanks.

I like my Randalls, they can carve and can be stable, downhill though, you would need to get rid of the stock bushings, even though I do downhill with my Evo using a combination of Khiro top of the barrel bushings (90a) and Randalls bottom conical bushings (supposed to be 92, feels a lot less), they aren't very stable.

Get a new set of Randal 180's. They are the perfect first set of all around longboard trucks.

Paris are a nice carving truck, gullwing chargers are sick to. Both are stable but I think paris are more fun because they are quicker turning, you can't go wrong either way though.

Re: Help me find trucks. Randal, Seismic, Paris, or Others.
175mm-180mm trucks will best suit yiou.
Choices:
Randal 180mm RII
Paris 180 (personal fave)
Crail 180 (not as deep turning as others)
Tracker Fastrack 180 (not enough time on to form opinion)
Charger 9"
Holey 175mm (deep turning, but pricey)
I have ridden all but the new Chargers. My vote would be for whatever you can get cheapest, and experiment with bushing choices.

Landy Grizzly 52 degree with 10mm axles.
Super carvy if set up normal.
Stable for bombing when ridden with flipped hangers.
10mm axles are bulletproof.
Bearings come with them and they are great bearings.
They come stock with Khiro bushings.
And I have an extra pair if you are interested.

gullwing chargers are very nice. I like them a lot. If you are willing to spend all 60, I'm sure you could find somebody willing to sell you holeys. Get holeys, you won't regret it. I know i don't...

I have a set of them on my bustin cigar, and they carve very well. If you tighten them, they are passable for DH, but they are a slalom / carving oriented truck. They don't get wobs that easily, and IMO, they sort of take away the feel of the deck. If you have yellow springs at max looseness, carving is too easy, so the deck barely performs.
well that was excessive, and probably not that helpful, but in short: for what you want, seismics are probably not the best choice.
