Manufacturing Precision Trucks

Greetings all,

As the title says I will be producing my own set(s) of precision trucks.

I am a mechanical engineering technologies student specializing in manufacturing and as my final project have decided to undertake cnc machining trucks.

All components will be made by myself except for the bushings, bearings and kingpin. My program head has challenged me to produce a minimum of 6 pairs of trucks.

A couple weeks ago I begun doing my homework for my final project and have spent the past couple of days lurking here on the Silverfish forums finding a wealth of information.

I would be really appreciative of any kind of input people would be able to contribute. Anyone that has made trucks or has always wanted to please respond.

I have a group of friends who bombs hills here in Vancouver, BC that are willing to give input but they so far have only been contradicting each other as far as what they want to see produced.

Once again all input is appreciated.
