    Default Buying a Glass Grenade

I'm thinking about buying just the deck and setting it up myself. If I do that what trucks/wheels would you all suggest or am I better off just buying a complete?

Finally, where's the best place to buy it other than from FD themselves?

nice choice. you may also want to consider the clear 29 if you want more foot room. i would highly recommend my personal setup: paris 150s and 66mm retros

if you live in san diego, visit muir surf and sport. if not, their website offers a great setup anyway:

Tracker RTS/X and Tunnel Rocks. They have this specific set-up from an eBay distributor for dirt cheap. PM me if interested.

My motivation for picking up the grenade is that it's so small. The 29 is pretty sick but I'm trying to find the smallest possible.

I figured I'd probably get retros but I'm really not sure on the trucks, I've never had a board that small haha.

bennett 5.0s would fit the deck nicely, it seems.

Sorry for those of you who PMed me for the info on the tracker/tunnel rock package. I looked over eBay and had no luck finding the seller, but if I run across anything I'll PM you back and post on here.

I know i have posted these before the fishcrash but this is my GG...

Its setup with Indy 215s Khiro hardcores, and Pink Gumballs on 1/4" vibrasoft risers.

Thie ride is amazing, It has the feel of a much larger board and is a cushy mini for around campus. It hops curbs and weaves comfortably through traffic. The big wheels allow it to clear sidewalk cracks and various debris with ease. I have even taken it down some grass hills around stair sets,

I wouldn't recommend this setup if your feet are much larger than a 11 as you can get foot-bite. I have found a way to make it work, but my stance options are limited.

Lastly, this ride has improved my boarding skills tenfold. By getting on a shorter ride my balance has gotten a lot better on my bigger boards. This is the most ridden board in my quiver. I take it to class daily as it slides nicely right over my bag, and under the desk.

Additionally, everyone loves this board. Random people ask me to try it, and amazingly the ladies often ask to ride it too (never my osd, pro40, s9 or KS)! Again I love this board, and the bigger setup is definatly not your average mini.

Bennet 5.0s or 139mm RTS/RTX combo with 66mm zigzags or 62mm gators for the win.
