    Default loaded board repair

I've got a oak pin flex 3 with a couple of delam spots. One on the nose back to the truck the other where the nose widens out in the middle of the board ( guess you might call this part of the board the neck). At the second spot the glass has broken and is peeling back, I get poked sometimes when I grab my board there.

I am still riding it, and it does not seem to be getting worse, and i do have an email into loaded to see what they say. Just wondered if anyone here has repaired something like this.

    Pic of the worse delam

    Thanks!

so what did you do? I have only been riding mine for 2 months. Bought it from loaded, it is a blem. I am on the heavy side for a flex 3, but the only "hard" riding I do is pumping.

    Ride it till it dies.

Edit: I have a oak pintail flex 1 that's starting to do the same thing in the same place.

thanks for the note. I wondered if a stiffer flex would be less problem, but you don't get any stiffer than flex 1. Since I bought this directly from Loaded a couple of months ago, I have been in contact with them about how to fix it. No recommendations on that front, but they are sending me a BRAND NEW BAMBOO pin to replace my oak one. that works for me. I hope the bamboo is more reliable than the oak. . .
