whats a good speedboard deck

i recently bought a kebbek jon caften deck randall 180's and 83mm flywheels, i couldnt be more pleased with my setup, the drop makes it perfect for all around boarding. but my best friend is ready for a new board but is hellbent on mot having the exact same deck as me, but he loves my board and the evo is taken already too. whats a good deck like these thats good quality and up to some abuse?

If your friend is more worried about not having the same board over the way it feels under his feet, he needs more help then you can find in these forums.

Tell him to paint it or something and get over his self. The best board for downhill hill is the one your most comfortable on. If ,for him, it just happens to be a kebbek too,then so be it.

what does it matter if he's got the same board as you, or anyone else?
the evo and the caften are both solid setups...if he likes it, he should get it. cuz honestly, the caften and the evo are pretty much the only decks out there, like that (wedge-nose drop deck)...unless of course you count the s9 kamikaze, but i personally can't condone purchasing that.

I wouldn't want the same board as my friends unless I loved it so I can't blame him really. Just search speedboards here on the search thing and then come back. Just look out for the major companies such as Rayne and Landyachtz. See which one looks good, and ask about it and start comparing boards.

The point is to ride what you like and what feels good to you. Not, I don't want that board just because he/she has it. "Now if the kid had a Sector 9, I could see the other kids point."

He can get the Comishin, its slightly different and can be topmounted to ride like a caften when he desires.

Don't forget about the Smoothcut, Hairpin too. leverage is soo fun.
