hey im gonna order an oak vanguard from loadedboards.com pretty soon and i was just wondering if the site was safe and if anyone has ordered from there in the past. i only ask this because when i click checkout a little thing pops up that says something about how the site isnt familiar and it could possibly be an imposter and my personal info might be unsafe. so im just a little weery

if theres anything i hate, its someone being biased against someone because of their age. if theres anything i hate more, its someone using their age as an excuse.

yah i know but im short on cash and hes giving me a really good deal. i read alot about them and there doesnt seem to be to much of a difference except the bamboo ones tend to last a bit longer

wat r u talking about im not crying to mommy about anything. and why does everyone keep calling me stupid (most of the time just cuz im younger than most ppl here). im just kinda new to this whole buying stuff off the internet thing and i got a pop up that said the sight was unsafe to i was just trying to make sure they arent getting hacked or something. god damn

Dude the guy was just asking a question. Forums are so much a part of your so called society of equals simply because there are questions to be asked, and thankfully more knowledgeable people that are helpful enough to answer.

It's not like his question was one of those dervish threads that you see 5 times on every page. It's not like his specific question was something he could easily search for an answer for. His was an honest question, and he was just worried about the warning pop up.

I can't stand holier than thou attitudes. If you don't want to help, don't help. But don't pass your own twisted judgement on someone who's just asking an innocent question.

long answer:
Language exists as a means of efficient communication between people. Slight deviation from said language is considered normal, and even can be chalked up to a linguistics evolution - Darwinism at its finest, if you will. However, not typing out "YOUR", or what have you could not be construed as evolution, by any stretch of the word. In fact, it is, for all intents and purposes, a step backwards. It perpetuates illiteracy (you show me a book with those kind of spelling mistakes), effectively dumbing down society, slowly and surely, until in future generations, people are completely dependant on computers to do their work for them. Computers, however, are contingent on humans to program them. And from there we can go one of two ways: AI, or eventual death (note: AI would lead the computers to enslaving and killing us). I'm not asking you to learn to spell, or even use your brain in any way (because lord knows it would be too much to ask), just run your thoughts through a simple spell check before putting them on the interntet.

What you're seeing is most likely a certificate error. It happens sometimes, and as long as the URL doesn't read something like "www.nigerian.scammers.pwn" you should be OK.
