Gettin a full face helmet, need help on size

I've narrowed it down to a giro remedy, the 79.99 model since the 129.99 is a little steep for me. I've read around already and it seems like people really like it because of the ventalation, light weight, comfortability, and you can listen to your ipod without ur headphones being bothered. It's all very apealing to me but i have a problem. There are no stores around here that sell it. I've checked sports authority, big 5, bicycle warehouse, and a family bike shop. So far, nothing. I'm going to need to order it but I don't know what size to get. I'm learning towards medium but I'm not sure. I wear have a 58.7 cm hat that fits pretty well. Anybody have a similiar sized head and know what to get?

go into a local store that does have a fullface of some sort, try that one on, then check the size. choose your remedy size accordingly

yeah i figured i could do that but i'm under the impression that the remedy would fit differently because of the padding etc.

im diggin the name by the way. haha.
