    Default Considering Timeline

I'm looking for a board that pumps really well on flatland, and carves decently downhill. I was considering the Timeline, because I've seen people recommend it. Just like to see other opinions first. And please do not recommend a Dervish.

it's alright for pumping, but i won't advise carving downhill with that.

.......speaking of a timeline, interested in a timeline? i might sell mine, but it's deck only..

If you set the Timeline up with Holey trucks - then it works well for tight carving. A really fun board.

He's looking for a board that can handle a little dh, and can pump well on flats. Yes, that's a perfect serve for a Dervish, but he just wants to consider other options. Dervish can't be the only board that anyone ever has. He'll consider the Dervish, but he wants other options.

...then it'll be a carving trampoline.

If you're considering a board for steeps that carves similar to a timeline... get the Hustler. You won't regret it

    timeline is a good board

    but

i dont think its worth the money unless you get it blemmed for super cheap

i have the old one.. its REALLY flexy but I like it like that

i weigh 140 pounds so anything more than that and its gonna be way too flexy for you

I can really recommend a spliff.......I love it for pumping personally, and it handles small hills ok. But not anything over 25mph definetly.....but is has a nice relaxed mini cruiser type feel but carves really smoothly and fluent. Get it with paris trucks for best results, or tracker rtx/s combo for a really turny pumping setup. I think the timeline is a more aggresive board. Depends on the feel you want, tm is bamboo/fibreglass, and spliff is 6/7 plies of maple. Also timeline seems more flexy.
