What would be a dh deck that is versatile and 250 dollars or under?
versatile meaning great to cruise/carve and especially slide yet stable to 40-50 for someone who doesn't downhill a lot.
I like the evo's concave and length but i don't like its wedge and narrow back.
i'm 5'6" and 125 lbs. i have a size 9 shoe size as well.
i want a deck that doesn't have too much extra footspace. but a decent amount. and also one with a nice concave and is very durable. (nose/rear doesn't break easily)
i'd like drop through or dropped decks.

i think it's a bad idea to try to get a dh deck that you use for commuting around as well, but here's my suggestions (all topmounts b/c i believe drop through/dropped boards SUCK ASS for commuting on, they just turn like crap)
1)loaded vanny
2)landy totem
please note, i especially believe getting a board that's stable for dh FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESNT DH A LOT is a horrible horrible idea. you'll want a dedicated board that you can feel very stable on for dh imo. trying to mix not so good dh skills with a board that is turny enough for commuting is not a good idea.
and i second stevec's suggestion of a hairpin as a versatile board in a variety of DH situations. ie racing, freeriding, high speed carving etc. but imo it sucks ass for commuting/cruising. i was stuck with mine for a few weeks of around town cruising. and i wanted to murder someone.

he already has two "commuting" boards. so i don tthink hes asking for something to commute with. just to cruise around but ALSO dh.
the hellcat has nice footspace and depending on how you set it up it can either be insanely turny or super stable.
landyachtz drop speed if youre looking for more concave. or a drop wedge but i havent ridden either of those.
or if youre not concerned with footspace... a demonseed or a nemesis.
