Longboardlarry Humu, wheel wells or no wheel wells?
Hey ive been considering buying a longboardlarry humu.
There is the option of getting wheels wells on your deck.
Do I need to get wheel wells or is there any differences or disadvantages in not having them?

id get them, especially if they are free. the board wont ride any differently with them but if you in the future want to use bigger wheels or less riser then theyre already there
hey yo son that's my name whats the word?

They aren't free. They are way cheaper however than the time it takes to do them yourself in the future should you change your mind. Just go for em'.

I don't have wheel wells on my Humu and I have zero problems with wheel bite.

Well, yea, I guess it wouldn't hurt to get them. I run my Humu with Tracker 129's and 66mm Zigs which I think is a wider setup than most people put on their Humu's so I wheelbite isn't an issue for me.
I miss my Humu so much.

i dont have them, i dont think they are neccesary at all as long as you use some sort of risers, and 62mm or smaller wheels. i keep my trucks loose as possible and ive never been close to wheelbite.

just get them wheel wells. hahaha better to have something when you dont need it than vice versa.

i dont have wheel wells on mine and dont have any problems, but I keep my trucks a little tighter so i can mob my hilly campus without wobble. My advice is to get the wells and tell larry to use the smaller risers. With the tunnels he normally puts 1/2 inch risers on, so with the wells you can probably get away with 1/4 inch.

get them, at first you might not need them, then you might want bigger wheels or looser truck/softer bushings, so just get them

Get Randall 125's, not 150's if you are leaning in the reverse kingpin direction. I think it's dumb not to get wheel wells... and get 66mm wheels. The humu is a sick mini
