Are the 76 MM gumballs wheels a soft wheel? can it go over rocks pretty good? does it matter which type of wheel you get for carving?

Gumballs are fine wheels! Get a soft duro and you'll love cruising them!

They're great cruising wheels. They do wear down and "chunk" if you know what that is.

yeah gumballs are good for cruising, get the 78a, itll go over rocks, carving wheels should have lots of grip and gumballs do.

    72 - 81 soft
    81 - 88 medium
    88 - 99 hard

I'm sure people would put the lines in different places
so this is really just an opinion.

Oh and there's no such thing as a 100a wheel.
95a and harder should really be measured on the d scale, which is far more accurate for hard compounds.

sorry guys but those are the worst wheels in my opion i mean u cant make a mix between a fast and grippy wheel because then they are so unpredictable i mean you will be carving and slide out on accident then u will be sliding and the wheels will catch dude just stick to big zigs they are a fast grippy wheel

ah yeah... well I hate to break it to you, but that's exactly what a flywheel is.
and they've been put on more podiums than any wheel, ever.

Gumballs are awesome! They were my first wheel and used them religiously until I realized they were too big for my board. I plan on popping them on my Mosquito once it comes.

They're quite soft (78A), don't give out when carving, and can handle pretty much every bump I've thrown at it. Everyone in my gang rides them, so I would give them 2 thumbs up. Three if I could.
