Default Is this a good first setup?

    Landyachtz Wedge Flex Wave deck
    Retro ZigZagz 70mm "red riders"/78a
    Randal R-II 180mm trucks
    Bones Reds bearings

would this make for a good first setup, for cruising, and occasional downhill?

prolly not too much on the downhill due to it being flexy, but it should handle itself fine.

-KS m1 46", R2 180s flipped pin swapped, abec 70mm flashbacks, mad max abec 5s, hopin to get some abec bushings soon. (i <3 this board)
-S9 off the wall, deck only as of now. hoping for indy 169s, zig zags, and reds soon.
-Evo deck, somewhere in the mail
    -dervish - sold
-tactis white terror - blue crails - white jimz bushings - 78mm blast waves - bones swiss

Well, since you asked, yes. I would personally put Indy 215s on it though. (makes it lower for pushing)
If you wanna do serious DH I'd opt for a different board.

consider a drop carve from daddies or mile high skates, or maybe a superglider from either as well.

sounds like a good setup, it should be alright for light downhill.

ive got almost the same setup (got 75a gumballs instead)
but its an amazing board for everything its actually the favorite board i own. it carves super hard, and i can hold it even with loose trucks at 35mph with no problem. and its also an amazing pumper! plus there is enough room to dance on it.
(i put a blue khiro barral on for my bottom bushing and an orange barral for the top)
PM if you have any ?'s
Blue stickers are only given to the select few people to suck adam coltons balls, and do it skillfully enough to give him blue balls. Thus resulting in the giving of the rare Blue Loaded Sticker.

ok so now im thinking the wedge flex deck, indy 215's so pushing would be more comfortable with the shorter height, now what would be the best wheel for all around use? and when i said occasional downhill im not talking about very big hills
