Help with mongo footbraking....

I dont know how i can footbrake with this footing, the Dh guys I ride with tell me to just learn goofy. But that is quite hard to do after riding mongo for awhile now. Is there another way to footbrake or a technique that mongo riders have for footbraking. I really need to be able to footbrake soon, so whatever i have to do i want to start tomorrow. Thanks guys.

ask green he's a MASTER at mongo footbreaking..... =)

if anything, just learn how to use your back foot, you put most of your weight on your front anyway, its just a matter of getting comfy with taking your back foot on an off your deck.
