Sorry, I haven't had a chance to throw the Superballs on it yet. The board really is my wifes, so I've only been stealing a ride here and there to help her tune it.

My impressions so far...the Bamboo is really nice. Very light, yet under my 180lbs I'd call it a medium flex with the back truck in the longer wheelbase position. I tend to like the longer wheel base better as does my wife. If you've ever rode the Complex I'd compare the concave to that, especially with the nose wedge and slight wedge on the tail. Also, with the wheel base set up this way it carves like a longer deck. It feels great to just put your front foot right behind the wedged nose and really drive into the carves, then that medium flex just springs me into the next carve. Very smooth and predictable.

The shorter wheelbase on the other hand feels a bit tight to me, and a bit less predictable. It also stiffens things up a bit, but there is still flex. I'm dying to try it in the local bowl. I actually got thrown hard carving it for the first time with the shorter wheelbase going. Heh...

So far this board has been a lot of fun. Definitely one of the better short "long" boards out there right now.

awesome... and thanks. I'm currently leaning toward getting some Blue 71mm Bennett Alligators since I went with a blue design. Should look hot. I'll be running Pink 70mm Zigs until then.

I may also try and throw my Bennett 6.0 trucks on front, but that might not work with the 180mm trucks in the back. I'll give it a go sometime and see how it reacts.

Damn I am excited about this board, its my second, well kinda third board. Started with a Dewey Weber Flying Pig, 35" Flat with a slight anti-camber. A fun board that was bought for my wife, but she never really go on it. Then I bought a huge Landy Conthug, which I've decided is way to big and stiff for me. So, this Sojourn will be my main ride. Can't wait.

If you are up for it, would love to see some pics of the Sojourn in action.

I actually will have one coming to me very soon as well, but this one I'm planning on setting up with Indys and some wheels with a rounded lip. I wanna use it for more thrashing around and sliding, hitting the bowl a bit. I have a feeling conventional trucks will work well on it.

If you are thinking of Bennets, I would try them front and back not just front. But that's just me. They'll probably feel nice on this deck.

Not a bad thought, but currently I only have on Bennett truck. may need to throw down and get another, or just run Randall 150's on the back end. Hmm...

That board looks perfect for me like a mini supercharger/glider. Too bad they're sold out already and they were just released. I would set it up with bennet 5.0s and those white bustin wheels. But I need money.

or if you just try buying one it clearly says out of stock.
