Doubtful, ive been thinking about what would happen though. Like lets say you gave your old one to Brian and got $30 off a new glider (you dont expect half off do you?!), would you be ok with that? And like lets say Brian could sell the one you gave him for 50 shipped, would you be ok with that?
It seems like it would just piss you off more than make you happy. Too much of a hassle and too much pissed off people would result.

I wasn't serious, but it is interesting, lol. The only way it would work if Brian had some value for the old gliders, like if he could refurbish them or make furniture

Re: Official Superglider Army Setup Thread
you can send me your old superglider, I can make something out of it and then give it to someone who needs it.
I just put up a thread about it. check it.
New place need's skate furniture!
And I'm super stoked about the new ultra glider. Best thing about it, The people asked.. and Brian givith to them! EW never ceases to amaze me! And this is why they have always and will always be the best longboard company IMO

Unless you're running wider offset/sideset wheels, 169s actually bring the outside edge a few cm inside the rails on a widerglider, which I never like but doesn't bother some folks.
Haven't ridden a widerglider with 215s, only 169s and Paris, so there may be an issue I'm not aware of.
the issue is that its less fun
turny gliders ftw, you need 169s at the least

you have to buy the complete truck. Ace 66 hangers are officially gold now, good luck finding them
149+ Sideset
169+ centerset wheel
215+ centerset wheel
^Thats a good formula. I run 149s with centerset and have no issues (but my wheels are 61mm to avoid bite). Also, it doesn't really matter that much, its all preference.

i did and i plan to once again when i get my seconds one i ordered a few days ago. i normally run the front flat with no risers ( which allows me to run up to big zigs no problemo) and the back wedged ( you heard right, wedged, not dewedged, wedged.) to make it a ridiculously turny setup. ( setup like that you can standup slide at 2 mph easy! and yet if your used to loose trucks you can take it to 25-30 mph and still be good.
i personally dont like hangers under 180mm ( which 215s are right?) on it... yeah it makes it more turny, but you have less clearance and wheel options. plus having the wider hanger allows for more controlled standup drifts and slidyness ( if its even a word. lol) at speeds. i might have to throw my SurfRodz with axle extensions for extra massive driftiness ^_^

Re: Official Superglider Army Setup Thread
I used to run 215's on my widerglider... did not likey... I'm on Ace 55/Core Hybrids and life on the glider has never been better. Gravity Burner wheels, btw.

I have a bunch of skateboards
Isn't this what you're supposed to put in a signature?

Ace 55s are the same width as 169s
@rod, 215s are 184 mm
