So I shouldn't have spent four hours yesterday lovingly sanding wells into my Thruster?
New glider looks cool. I'm gonna get one, give it to my gf, she's gonna tell me she likes the old one better, then we're gonna switch.
Thruster could use wells, I expected that deck to rock 56-58mm wheels, but many are using 65 ish...I still think that is one of the best decks ever, and so does Donbury in Japan,
Peep this photo, this is what the thruster is all about, full on big wave surfing in the streets!!!
I clarified that. Does not my clarification eliminate the need for such a condescending post?
I took exception to your "but to be honest the riser on the MHS complete sorta breaks my heart" comment. It says in the description that the board shown doesn't have wheel wells. It would be foolish for me to spec those same risers on a board with wheel wells.

Posted the new wells here. One of the best decks ever just got even better, for me.
Right, jl? She loves the old version SG, and she's little, so I'm betting she'll think the new one's too wide. Not to mention more "guy" with all it's sharp angles. We'll see....
A buddy of mine just bought a Superglider. I'm wondering what would be the most ideal setup for casual crusin' and maybe just a little bit of hill bombing? Wish I could run some stats on these setups to see what most people run, but it seems like trucks of choice are Randal 150s or Indy 149s, that sound about right? What would you guys suggest for wheels? Bigger the better in this case?

Nearly all the ones I sell go out like this:
Trucks: Indy 149 or 169; Ace 44 or 55
Wheels: 66mm Road Rage or ZigZags

I thought this was the regularly-referred to "Magic Model"?
With the way Brian has been delivering of late, I think we'll see it before next winter...
(unless you are privy to info the rest of us are not?)
I am working on it, but first, I am making freeride bearings, freeride griptape, special designed sneakers for freeriding that incorporates a blue tooth keyboard to stay updated on any and all advancements in the design, and progression of everything freeride specific, with an hourly twitter update. Last but not least, after 3 years of super focussed focus groups, and market research, we have developed a new wheel that will shatter all standards in freeride wheels...the "Super-freeriders"
