Re: NOOB Questions Answered By Dopamine David
petary: supposedly, the charly viser fits the holes for the bell drop, i havnt seen it done in person, so i cant say this for sure, but thats what i've read. it will mostlikely life up, but not real well, and i dont recomend it, this usualy works the screws in the helmet loose.
2. i dont have any experience on freeboards at all
dr1: a friend of mine came up with it, he was going to start a snowboard company by that name. Dopamine is a delivery system, so it is what moves the adrenaline to give you the proper rush that you are trying to achieve. (at least thats the best i understand it) and i see my boards as a delivery system for adrenaline. so it all fits to me

Do you have any experience with Freebord Slashers for some slopestyle action?
I'll be chiming in as I remember more of my noob questions.
Sorry to interrupt by slashers were created as blue krypto clones after they disappeared so they feel very similar. But you also need different size spacers, just like the kryptos. And they also last pretty long, at least in my experience, although I'm not the hardest shredder.

Re: NOOB Questions Answered By Dopamine David
they sure look fun, but kinda pricey for a wheel that you are just gonna kill id do strikers or hawgs or powerballs if you want somehting to kill

Re: NOOB Questions Answered By Dopamine David
completely depends on what you want it to do. basicaly, the hanger will bend more to wich ever side is sofert. So, softer on the bottom will give you a lower carve (more potential of wheel bight) a slightly, but probably not noticable, angle. Softer on the top, will acutaly feel more restrictive on the bottom, you actualy can feel this, and a higher angle, so not as deep of a carve, but a harder, kinda more twitchy turn within the first couple of degrees of the turn, but then restrict a lot more the further you lean.
thats the best i can describe it, and other people probablky have different takes on it, but thats how its felt to me.

archy: davids got it covered preatty good on this one. when i use split duro bushing setups i usually have a harder bottom and a softer top. on my carving setup i used to use blue barrel bottom orange barrel top. now i have venoms 90a supercarve and 85a supercarve. to me it feels like a kindof nice snappy setup. in the initiation of the turn its really smooth and gradual and then it snapps around nice and tight. for me when i dance and carve this allows me to lean a lot and let the board catch me at the end of the turn and propel me into my next carve.
