my orang hat: that is a shock pad, which is a small riser. it is good for your board to have these, it helps guard against stress fractures, but is most needed on shortboards, so dont worry about it for a longboard. it wont really hurt anything.

for flippin trucks you just take the hanger off, turn it around, and put it back on... ill add pics tomorrow to help.

So I can take the shock pad off and mess around with it to see how it rides without hurting anything? I ride it a lot on icky cracked pavement, but I don't hop off of curbs or try anything fancy.
Thank you, I'd really appreaciate the pics on how to flip my trucks! Basically I'm jones-ing to take my board apart and mess with it but I don't know how. And just I'm a little scared of messing it up...not that it's kept me from dismantling things in the past. lol

Can you drive a kart, hovercraft, and a plane in Mario Kart?

    I think not.

To get an answer for a question you have to spell everything right so people can understand WTF YOU ARE SAYING!!!!!!

Sorry. This weird form of writing just buggs the crap out of me.

Charles: here is a thread with my stuff.. but it is currenly being reworked for the 2009 models, so boards and prices will be changing.

    http://www.silverfishlongboarding.co...rd-lineup.html

My orange hat: take everything off, flip things around, have some fun, even try riding it with your trucks backwards sometime, its pretty fun.. you wont hurt a thing, just play around.

Bucks, 84a 66mm strikers are the right wheel for that

When did grippy, slalom wheels (a'la bigzigs) become slide wheels?

Bucks: They didnt, and they arent. I know people that like gumballs for sliding, but that is still by no means a slide wheel. Just because you can slide a wheel does not make it a slide wheel
