Re: Loaded Ceviche
why the #### would anyone buy this board?? you could buy two decent old school set ups for that price and they would do the same things, but better. a flexy mini with a pointless noise, floppy tail, and nice cut outs for foot bite is $300? completely ####ign insane. i thought we were in a recession, how you ####ers afford this #### is beyond me.
but i think its a little early for a review since it just came out. my reaction is based on the shape, loadeds description, the insane price, and my years of skating different shapes. hell it could be the most awesome thing to ever have four wheels, but i really doubt it. i would just stick with your fish and get an actual functional park board, but thats just me. i could be wrong

the price doesn't really bother me, skateboards are a lot better than surfboards money wise, and skateboards remain a lot cheaper than most of my other hobbies too. the main thing that bothers me is that you could get a much cheaper board that would be much more functional for the ceviches intended purposes. but, hey, screw common sense when you can buy into the latest fad.
i still like loaded a lot and think they are a cool company, but give me a ####### break. how far will this go?
/end sissy rant.

Hey, could you give me the names of a few of these "ceviche alternatives"? I was going to make a new thread about it, but we really don't need another Ceviche thread.

THANK YOU!!! I've never ridden any loaded product extensivly, but I do know they are way effing over priced!!!
Even if you have parents who will buy it for you, why not get something a lot cheaper and potentially better which would leave your parents with more money to buy you other sick ####.

I don't think the double-kick feature was supposed to be the shining feature of the Ceviche :roll

I just think it's sort of sickening how some kids want their parents to spoil them to no end and drown them in expensive things, then bitch on their Myspace/Facebook when their parents demand something of them.

why get something cheaper if your parents will buy you something more expensive?
and would you like to point out a few things that are "better" than loaded?
IME nothing beats thier decks for flex. and oh yeah, i have ridden them extensively along with other boards as well.
true. they are not worth thier price. buuuttt, nothing compares to thier feel IMO and IME. so it's not like you have an option. buy the best flexy boards or buy something thats under them... i can see where your choice lies.
ugh. why do i write stuff at 2am after busting out papers? no one knows. but thats just my 2 cents.

I hope you have kids some day, ones that will some day say why get something cheaper ...
anything without flex, I can't stand it. just my opinion. (yes I have rode the vanguard and the dervish)
they are not worth the price ... see the I hope you have kids some day comment. (I hope I never have kids)
you write this at 2 am because ... you don't drink. (I am such an alcy)
sorry if I offended you, you can offend me all you want. this is the internet I don't care. if you want to skate sometime and your in wisconsin hit me up. I am enjoying the snow. well I will enjoy it more when I buy a snowboard.

well tell your parents to buy two Sector nine sections cosmic series decks instead and your parents can save $15.

Because expensive does not always equate with better?
Because some people aren't greedy little pigs?

Re: Loaded Ceviche
u cant call other boards "better" than loaded. You claim "dont get loaded, there are better companies with cheaper prices, blah blah blah". thats all opinionated and personal preference. What one person might like about one board, might hate about the other. Also, obviously loaded boards can't be too bad, if their practically number one company aside sector nine in the longboard market. Yeah, it is expensive, but if your dedicated enough to the sport, you would be willing to spend some decent money on your hobby.
