    They are pretty good for sliding, its less the trucks and more the deck though. The trucks kinda fall into drifts and I love it.

    anyone ridden both the custom 35 and the terrapin? im trying to figure out which one i want to get but i just cant decide

    i have ridden both and i enjoy them both very much but i prefer the terrapin a little more

    um ya i have.

    go ahead and do it if ya wanna break your wavecams and go a week without skating while you wait for your new ones to ship.

    its not just the kingpin sticking up. There is this thing connected to the wavecam that sticks up and needs room for the wavecam to go all the way up. if you mount without riser, the wavecam cant go all the way up and tons of extra pressure is put on it when you turn and it breaks after a little bit of riding.

    the smallest riser you can ride is 3/8 inch.
