nah, its just where the holes come drilled in the board

Say your board is drilled Old School (most are)... You'll have another set of holes a touch further forward or backward of equal old school holes on the plate. This gives you a bit of wheelbase adjustment, and drop-through wheelbase mounting adjustment.

or you could drill another four holes and have ultra secure truck mounting

that's some good stuff, i'm liking the 46 degree plate as well it's... well different. as for everyone ripping off trucks... get over it nothing is exactly the same each one has a different style for different types of people, options are good

they totally are gorgeous...they almost look like they are pinstriped, which would be incredibly badass

saying these trucks are rip-offs of randals is like saying orangatang copied abec 11 by making a round wheel. Randal invented the reverse kingpin design for high-speed riding in the mid 90s(i think)...anyway, if something works well, why change it? How much can you really change a truck? its gotta be a truck......I mean JimZ ripped off a Randal DH truck when he started making his trucks 6-7 years ago. slight difference in ride height and hanger width...Kahalani ripped off a randal r-2 just changed the degree of the kingpin a bit....the ONLY truck that I've seen that is truely a unique design is some blurry cell-phone pics of some trucks that SkunkWerks and Rob Mc Kendry are working on.

in the end, its all good, the amount of precision trucks coming out now is insane compared to when i started getting into this whole thing like 9 years ago..so more choices for EVERYONE!
