What's New at xvd Longboards?

2 of my friends have them i will try and get them to write a review. i can tell you that the concave is excellent, i feel crazy locked in riding it, very secure through turns and such. one thing i will say about it is that its a little difficult to slide due to the long wheelbase, but i also found that to be beneficial to increasing speed through turns because it could take the turns without drifting. i agree with you on the graphic, although i would still want to see a good amount of sexy, sexy carbon fiber email rob about it and im sure he'll talk to you about options here

it will actually do well as a cruising board, it pulls double duty as a cruising and dh board for my one friend. It isn't a pain to ride like this because it has what I'd call a "forgiving" flex, and as a result you don't feel every pavement imperfection like in a rock solid board, it feels jut a little more comfy to me. Not that it isn't decidedly stiff, its no vanguard! But it does have a little give that makes it just a little more versatile to me. hope this helps some!

Hey there, not a pro as far as short board are concerned, What are good trucks/wheels for the Croc 3 ?

Not sure about wheels, but any 150's would work well. Try looking at Gullwing Chargers or Paris 150's. I'll vouch for the Gullwings carving capability and maneuverability. I also ride Paris 180's on my Dh deck, so anything paris I'll vouch for also. I like a surfy feel, can ya tell?

How much flex do you think I'd get weighing like 130 or so? Like some or will it be stiff?

Nah that one's like brand new, Just had a really worn pair of paris 180's along with some well used otang freerides so it looks aged, but its just the hardware. We've sold a bunch but i'm not sure if anyone here has bought one.

Are you sure? The deck itself seems pretty ridden out for being brand new

Few scratches on the bottom, about two cuts on bottom, and dust on the griptape, etc etc :P

I've seen all the pictures and whatnot, the only thing I need is info from someone that's actually ridden one.

I'm not sure if 15* concave will be enough and I'd like to know how well it works for not only DH, but cruising as well.
