I can confirm that these wheels do in fact leave blood red thane lines, but it depends on the asphalt. I have about 5 different, steep ass hills for sliding around here and the lines were only red on 2 of the 5 hills. All the hills have different asphalt. On another note they were especially noticeable on a freshly oiled parking lot.

    All the time.

No other wheel I own drifts as much as my bomb hills. Not even my drifters.

So has anyone had any problems with swirling/strange wear patterns? I have a set of drifters now that have crazy swirls and as a result are wearing very unevenly.

Have you got tar snakes? They tend to leave nice swirl patterns on my white wheels but they seem to be wearing evenly. ??

I don't have them but I'm planning on buying a set. I just don't want to have to deal with the funky wear patterns.

How much do you weigh? I've worn these wheels down a bit but still no lines.

I'm just guessing it's my riding style.

I don't get lines on mine either. However, I've had somewhat limited pavement selection.
This is Silverfish, take it with a grain of salt. It's fun to come back to at the end of the day, but nothing beats the real deal. Make your own judgments and form your own opinions. Remember whose lens you're looking through!

i just like seein them because i hear so many descriptions of how the lines are. one guy described them as blood red. and those in the picture dont appear that way to me. its nice to have the record set straight lol
