The new site is bomb! good job, but the completes section needs some help, and the Mystery Model doesn't show under Earthwing. other than those things, I think its great

Working on it, and yes, we are shy on Bennetts.

The options on the complete are giving us fits trying to get it to work with this system. But we will!

i jumped in my chair when i saw the complete switch for $130!

then i saw $20 grizzly's and $5 kryptos and knew something was wrong

Next Randal box comes in the first week or Sept. I will make sure 35"s were on there.

Yeah, working on showing "price as configured" instead of "as low as". I don't like it either. Working out the kinks.

When you look at "price as configured" it's correct. The 20 dollar grizzlies are single trucks, qty 2. It updates the totals correctly.

it seemed as though everything that I got was in stock.
(I got no backorder warnings on the checkout page)

I had the same problem when I ordered a bunch of stuff from you before the website changed. My order was held back by a couple of weeks even though according to the website everthing was in stock.

I really like shopping with you guys because of your prices but the inventory problems suck.

even right now i can still order a tracker rts 106mm without getting any backorder warnings on the checkout page.

The way the new website works should take care of those problems, I am not sure why it didn't in your case.

"In Stock", when you look at an item, means we offer it for sale.

"In Inventory" is a different matter. When you go check your shopping cart (before you commit to purchase), it shows you exactly what we have in inventory and what will be back-ordered. It is tied to the actual inventory system and does check it in real time now.

This was one of the main reasons for going to the new store front.

John - Currently, it says we have 2 RT-S 106mm trucks in stock, so the box from the vendor may have come in and been received into inventory. Hang tight and I will check it. The only way that is wrong is if something "fell off the truck" so to say... after it was received.

Thanks to your (all of you) help, we have found the error in the system that is screwing up inventory quantities. Hopefully we will have it fixed by the end of the day! I apologize to you guys that got snared in that bug.

If anyone needs stock checked before you click the button, let me know. After today, inventory levels should be correct.

Hi, just ordered a khiro bushing kit from you guys.
By the way, If you want to increase business from norway, have more items under 33 dollars. over 33 the value added tax of +25% kicks in and a 18 dollar fee for customs handling. the ingenious way would be to devise orders in three sections, price of chosen items 33 dollars, handling fee, and then shipping. Do that with a complete and you'll save us alot of dough, and icrease your business.

That's a cool suggestion. I will take a look at it. Heck, we could make a Norway section with everything under $33 dollars copied into that section for starters. Not promising anything, but we might be able to figure it out.
