Sure did. Looked into it. This is one that David is going to have to deal with personally. I have made him aware of it and expect him to pick up the issue today.

I worked through 40 something emails last night. It seems as though people ordered on the Yahoo system even though we had a big red "CLOSED" notice on the front page of the store during the migration. We are working through that stuff as well as current orders right now. I know that we have 15 orders to build and pack today alone, that doesn't count anything on back order.
We are almost out of the woods on this migration and we will be back to top shape within a week or so. This has been hell. My regular job, then all night answering emails and fixing up orders.

We are starting to smooth out, most of the old Yahoo orders have been filled. Working on getting the new orders filled. Still having problems with inventory, so we are manually syncing the website so it tells you if the item is out of stock. On completes, it still doesn't tell you which item, but that is easy to figure out AND we are working on getting a programmer to fix that to say the item name. Open source stores can be a pain...

I think once you're out of this mess you'll be really happy, the site looks great, way more professional. I actually never considered Stoked until I saw the new page because Yahoo stores sketch me out. They're too generic. Good luck w the new site I'll be ordering soon!

hi everyone
i decided to post a message here since i haven't got any answers from the guys at stoked skateboards a while ago and i hope someone here can help me
the problem is that i ordered a rogers bros deck on the 8th of september and still did not get even a tracking number.. i was told that my board was shipped on sept23 though but now now that guy from the shop doesnt reply to my emails anymore
my Order # is 100000132 if it can help

the only thing i dont understand is why some guy from stoked whom i emailed told me it was shipped on the 23rd or sept but it doesnt really matter since i at least know that its now on the way

It wasn't just "some guy", it was Aaron. He does customer service in most cases. He got confused because there was a USPS notification on the invoice above the Fedex#. Regardles, sorry about that. Hope you like your new mini, it should be there on the 15th.
