Stoked Skateboards - Update

Hey guys, Stoked Skateboards just put up a new web store. Help us test it out. Go sign up for the newsletter, create a wishlist, tag some products, review some products, etc... Do anything you can figure out how to do. Let me know if you find bugs. This is a really good piece of web store software. Hope you like it!

DNS has been a little flaky on the switchover from Yahoo stores to the new one, so you might end up with the old shop. You will be able to tell the difference.

I've tried almost everything to order for free but it's resisting arrest.

Probably my biggest pet peeve when it comes to shopping online. Hopefully your next upgrade will be a current inventory system. I don't know what MHS uses... maybe he'd tell you out of professional courtesy, but he's got the best real time inventory I've ever seen and my paypal account is a proverbial whore as much as it gets laid around.

Site looks good - get the shopping cart/inventory system current and you'll be in the race.

Thanks. Actually, it is an improvement though. At least I was told as soon as the item hit the cart and I was able to back out. Remember my 6.0's ?

The inventory is live though, it just shows all products regardless. I sort of like being able to see all of the things a store carries even if they aren't in stock. At least it tells you BEFORE you even get to the order screen.

The real problem I am having is figuring out how to make a bundled item show the total price (thus the $0 items until you look at it's page).

Don't even bring that up.

It seems like every truck manufacturer is being slow nowadays... I guess its the economy thing rearing up and biting us in the skate pants.

One of the big things we wanted to solve was customers being able to look up tracking numbers, has the order been shipped, what was BO'd, etc...

It should be a better customer experience. I tell ya though, it's a pain finding all the logos and stuff. Wow...

Based on a quick lookthrough, I like the changes made to the website.
I'd say the presentation looks more professional, also I like how when you're on a page to configure a complete, the website automatically updates the price based on the components you chose when before it would just say +$ however many dollars and you kind of had to do the addition or subtraction yourself.

someone made a mistake and put the board as free, so thats just the components. That could suck for business.

yeah the complete setup thing is completely skewed.
smokey precisions, 4pres's, and swiss 6's for all under 200$
because the deck is free.

i'd fix that.....

One thing that I don't like is that it wont add up the default config and post that price on the item. We are trying to make it do that rather than just showing the deck price. But to keep it completely configurable, this was the way it had to go for now.

I'm curious about a couple things....
The Smokeys' baseplate angles and the option to change them.
Randal's luge plates come from the Randal online store with the KPs glued in. Was wondering how come yours come with no KP.
The site looks good though and you obviously have some quality stuff.
