Don't worry, remember your dealing with skaters. Stoked is a good merchant and will not leave you hanging without a good reason. Of course you may not like the reason, but they will make good. I've purchased a lot of stuff from them.

The dude at Stoked actually cares about your order, he is reachable, and does his best. I think he maintains a smaller inventory to keep costs down, but has good access to his suppliers. Stoked represents the true small business owner (IMO), hard working and cares, but occasionally perhaps overwhelmed. This is how he keeps his prices some of the most competetive around. Go Stoked!

George, I am going to look at your order and see if we can make adjustments to get it out. Your purchase was under the old live inventory policy, so I am doing the best I can to service your requests. Your order is ONLY waiting on the wheels. We will upgrade the wheels to Retro BIGZIG Lime 75mm/80a to get it out the door for you. Is this a good resolution? If you reply quickly, it might get out today. These wheels are much better that the wheels you ordered, and I know you will be happy with them.
