indeed. i do not understand why he should have emailed or refunded certain people but not others. every customer is important.

my guess would be that he's refunding people as the cash flow is available?

You guys do realize most states have a website with a list of the current incarcerated persons? Its usually done by county, so someone would have to find out the county he lives in, then google the county jail website for the list.

I originally paid Julian for a deck in APRIL of 2007, received it but it delammed after only two or three weeks of riding. Had to wait 5-6 months for a replacement, finally got it, and it was delamming before I even set it up. This was about a week or two before his disappearance... he promised me a new board and said he was working on it, then POOF! No Julian.

I just want a damn skateboard to thrash on, considering the fact it's almost been a year since I paid for it
