Ok, I may have said this. Here is what I am thinking. The glue fumes got to him and he is off at a clinic trying to get over them. Or jail. Either way request your money back from paypal and go buy the board he "patterned it" after.

my order was placed in mid october. he said it'd take about 4 weeks. 3 weeks later, he said he'd be sending it that week. two weeks after that, he said he'd have it out THAT week. then he disappeared. he's got over $300 of mine, and this is getting ridiculous.

Like Mark stated.."Falling off the Earth" isn't vacationing! The fact that some are being refunded via PayPal is curious, Who knows how deep he's in it for? Can he refund all? Is he wittling away at his debts? Does he have any product completed? You guys all deserve answers! It sounds as tho there are 1000's of USD's over due. Internet fraud isn't a crime the Feds take lightly.

Well, I'm tired of waiting. I'm calling Visa right after this post and soon I'll be re-investing into someone a little more reliable.

Done. Unless there's proof that the board has been shipped (but I doubt it's even made yet) my $180 will be withdrawn from his account. It's too bad it had to come to this, but Julian had more than three months to, at the very least, send me an email.

I've heard talk of a new DH board by Rayne that I wouldn't mind getting my hands on...

What did you hear in this "talk" any info on materials, drop deck, drop through etc...???

I dont see why this was moved to the Vendors & Manufacturers section

IMO it should be kepped in General so more people will see it. Dont need some pooe guy going to the website and ordering a board. I think it should be well known how bad this is, keeping it in the general section would help.

I can say is im glad ive seen and heard this as me and a bud were going to order chicagos

I wouldn't post anyone's address on a forum but, if you really want, a domain look-up will turn up a resident address. But that shouldn't be the point. Things have gone far beyond any decent business standard if we are considering sending people to his doorstep.

I recommend that anyone waiting on product do what I have: get your money back. If it's been less than 60 days since you paid, go through Paypal. It's been 95 days for me, but my credit card company (Visa) was more than willing to take my money back for me.

We've given him a chance by waiting for way longer than we should have. Going months without anything from someone who has a significant amount of your money is more than frustrating; it's infuriating.

I agree, moving it to the V&M section was silly. just the same way my TLS thread got dumped here, when it would have done more good in the general section
